Virginia Fish Steaks In Cream
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb. Fish steaks or fillets (Catfish, Croaker, Sea Trout, Striped Bass)
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon Grated onion
- ½ teaspoon Dried dill
- Dash salt
- Butter or margarine
- ½ cup Light cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray ovenproof dish with cooking spray. Place fish in baking dish. Sprinkle with onion, dill and salt. Dot with butter or margarine. Pour cream over steaks. Bake about 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
