Seconds Away Spaghetti Casino
Ingredients
- 6 ounces pepper bacon, roughly chopped
- 32 small Virginia clams*, rinsed and scrubbed under cold water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 8 ounces dried spaghetti, cooked
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup shaved or grated parmesan cheese
*approximately 3 pounds
Instructions
Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Stir in bacon and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp. Stir in clams and garlic, cover and cook for 4 minutes or until clams have opened. Toss in spaghetti and parsley and heat through. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese just before serving.
