Fool Proof Miso Marinade


  • One container Red Miso
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1/3 cup sesame oil
  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon wasabi


Gather all ingredients and blend into a smooth paste in a food processor. Sauce can be used as either a marinade, sauce or dressing.
